Iraq won the soccer game. It was a really awesome game. The final score was 1-0. The goal was beauty. I guess you have to be a soccer fan to understand the beauty of the goal. This is the furthest the team has ever been. I hope they get a medal. That would be soo cool for the country of Iraq if they would win a medal.

I thought I would update this. Maybe I will update it some more since some of you might not be able to talk to me and this is a great way to know whats happening in my life.

I start classes next tuesday at 11. My first class deals with english constitution, common law, and courts. Then I have one in the evening at 6:30. I do not remember what class that is, but I will look it up.

Apartment life is definately different. If your not cleaning in one room, you are cleaning in another room. I do not think i will ever learn to like cleaning. I picked up my bed earlier this week. I put it together the next day. Its great having a bed again. With this last addition of the bed, I think I have all the furniture that I need. Well, with the exception of a desk chair.

MO is not all that bad. It has rain the past couple of days. Today it is somewhat cloudy. I hope the sun comes out soon. I miss the sun.

Right now I am watching the Australia and Iraqi soccer game. I am cheering for Iraq. It is hard to explain why I want them to win. I think because of what the country has been through so far this year. The socer team doing good will definately help the country. Also, if you have heard anything about the team, you would be amazed that they made it this far. They do not have a home field, they did not have anywhere to practice before the Olympics. Germany gave them a soccer ball so that the team could practice in Athens. They did not have their names on their uniforms so portugal allowed them to use their machine to put the names on the uniform. If you have time, do check out the Iraqi team. Not only all there Iraqi fans cheering for them, but many other fans are cheering for them. Its amazing how this team has become the favorites of many soccer fans.

hmm...is there anything else happening that I have not mentioned. I am still looking for a job. Havent had any luck yet. i hope to have some luck soon.

After just over a week of no phone line and no internet, I finally am back on. Life was sort of busy this past week getting everything together and setting up an apartment. Its not bad looking right now. I could use a bit more posters but other than that its looks good. I start looking for a job this week. Its kind of hard looking for a job when you dont have a phone hooked up that people can call and set up interviews and things like that. So thats what I am doing tomorrow. I went to graduate orientation today. It was sort of boring. They had professors talk but they talked about primarily their field which i had no interest in. My first classes start next tuesday at 11. I am sort of excited about it. I just have to stay on top of the assignments. Last night I went to a political rally that Edwards held. I was extremely curious about what he would say and things like that. He was late and the whole ticked situation was messed up. I tried to get pictures to add to my collection of famous people but people kept stepping in my way. You should have heard the crowd when Edwards spoke and heard them when they were able to shake his hand and when he put down the protesters. I was able to shake his hand but believe me its not all that exciting. Aftewards, I met some students at SMSU. Undergrad students holding up signs and protesting. I talked to them for a while. I am going to get invovled in republican campaigns around here. They were some awesome guys. I need to find the phone number to call and ask what I can do to help. These guys were telling me about what the democrats were going to do to them like have them arrested and so on. But what happened to freedom of speech and things like that. It was really annoying but it was a great conversation with them. I hope to meet up with them again some time. Oh never attend a democratic rally because it is all full of lies and more lies. Edwards has changed since becoming kerry's running mate. I dont like him anymore. He is down right crazy and a liar. Anyways, thats about it for now.
